Shh…this auction is silent

Bid farewell to your boring Saturday night. The UF College of Veterinary Medicine Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association, or SCAVMA, will host a silent auction from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 1 in the Banfield Room at the UF Small Animal Hospital. The SCAVMA Art Gala and Silent Auction will feature art from local artists, students, faculty and even animal artists. There will be live music, cocktails and raffles, and admission to the event is free. Email Barbara Linnehan at for more information.
