A celebratory chomp

More than 100 College of Pharmacy students celebrated their achievements after an awards ceremony March 30 at the American Pharmacists Association national meeting in Orlando. The group photo was captured by student pharmacist and photographer Bao Lam. Professors Tom Munyer and Karen Whalen were among the faculty who joined in the celebratory Gator Chomp as was Dean Julie Johnson (center, front). The student chapter committees took home these impressive awards: the National Chapter Professionalism Award, the National Operation Diabetes 1st Runner-Up Award, the Region 3 Operation Heart Award, the Region 3 Generation Rx Award and the National PAC Fundraising Award.
