A new Wi-Fi service called eduroam is now available to the UF Health Science Center and the Research and Academic Center in Lake Nona. UF faculty, staff or students visiting another eduroam institution or research facility can have quick access to the Internet without needing to provide log-in information. Eduroam also allows visiting faculty, staff or students to access UF Wi-Fi without providing UF credentials when their home institution is an eduroam participant. To prepare your device, connect to the Eduroam connection link on your wireless device while in Gainesville and provide your GatorLink information. Save your credentials so your device will be ready to connect at your destination, as long as they’re an eduroam member, too. There are more than 5,000 eduroam institutions and universities.
