Hospital huddles

Beginning in February, UF Health has asked staff members to meet in “Hospitality Huddles.” These huddles, similar to ones practiced by organizations such as Disney and top-tier hotel chains, are aimed at helping staff stay focused on behaviors that create a great work environment. The goal? To ensure a consistently warm, welcoming and attentive experience for hospital staff members, patients and visitors.
