Imaginations ran wild for two days in March during the second annual 352Creates celebration, which urged people in the 352 area code to take part in community art-making activities. The events included pop-up style participatory art projects on the University of Florida campus and other locations around Gainesville and temporary Before I Die chalk walls that invited people to write a message of personal aspiration or reflection. 352Creates is made possible through partnership with UF Health, the UF Health Shands Arts in Medicine program, the UF College of the Arts, the UF Center for Arts in Medicine, the city of Gainesville, Depot Park, Pop a Top General Store, the Florida Department of State’s Division of Cultural Affairs, the National Endowment for the Arts, Liquid Creative and Dragonfly Graphics.
