The staff at UF Health Pediatric Specialties – Medical Plaza embraced the Halloween spirit by coming to work dressed as their favorite movie characters.

Author, lecturer, artist and activist Queen Quet Marquetta L. Goodwine, chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation, wove songs and personal stories into her talk as part of the UF College of Public Health and Health Professions’ Dean’s Scholar Lecture series.

Occupational therapy students at the UF College of Public Health and Health Professions demonstrated driver safety during the annual CarFit program, designed to ensure the safest “fit’’ for older drivers and their vehicles.
