Golden anniversary for Gator dentistry

Both earned their Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degrees in 1989. Sorondo is the associate chief of dental services for the Miami VA Healthcare System and Rodriguez-Bec maintains a private practice in Coral Gables. The event brought together dignitaries, former deans and most members of the college’s inaugural class, whose members matriculated in 1972.
